Estimates are valid for a reasonable period as stated at the time of quote; after that period we may need to re-assess and requote. Some work may require permits or inspections under local law; we will inform you when that applies.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability. You may cancel or reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel in case of emergencies, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will work with you to find a new time. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or restriction on future booking.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be provided at the time of service or in your estimate. We accept the payment methods disclosed to you (e.g., cash, check, card, or other agreed methods). For larger projects we may request a deposit or progress payments. Failure to pay in accordance with our terms may result in late fees, interest, or suspension of service. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to the services in your jurisdiction unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our work as described in our service guarantees. Unless otherwise stated in writing, our work is covered by our standard warranty for a specified period after completion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by law. You are responsible for securing pets and valuables as appropriate and for informing us of any hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold) of which you are aware. If our crew cannot safely access the work area or perform the job due to conditions at the property, we may need to reschedule or charge for the visit; we will explain the situation at the time.
